The EU VAT E-Commerce Package is here. The new schemes, One Stop Shop (OSS) and Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) bring significant changes to VAT treatment and reporting mechanisms for sales to private individuals in the EU.
You must apply for OSS before August 10 to account for VAT on all sales from 1 July 2021 in one single return. It’s time to find out if union OSS, non-union OSS or indeed IOSS, is right for your business.
